About KMS
Kuwait Medical Society (UK/Ireland) was established by a group of Kuwaiti medical students in the UK and Ireland in 2007.
KMS's purpose is to develop and improve the welfare of Kuwaiti medical students and doctors in the UK/Ireland.
We hope to achieve this by providing career advice, helping students improve their academic performance, organizing networking events and channels to improve communications between students and doctors.

KMS 1st Careers Day 2009
First I would like to thank everyone who was involved in this amazing event. It was very useful o ya36eekom el 3afya.
ReplyDeleteSecond of all, I have one thought on how ti improve this career day for upcoming years. I think it would be better to have 2 days for the panel (which makes the total days of the workshop = 3)so there's more time for the questions. Also, the doctors should be given specific amount of time to answer each question; a lot of doctors' talk was irrelevant to the question which wasted a lot of time and did not give other students the chance to shoot their questions.
Other than that, it was a well-organized day and the efforts were put in this are tremendous, Thanks.

Hello and thanks for your comments! 3 days is a good idea. I also agree with the fact that we should give the doctors stricter instructions on how to answer questions in the future. We'll post the slides and videos in one go, once the video has been edited and we sort out the logistics. Thanks again and glad you enjoyed the day :)
